SSJR II -SSJR I didnt make it too far (like SS and JR’s party). Here’s the same recipe + all we’ve learned (just like SS and JR now that we’re finally partying!!). Have Fun.
Stocking Stuffer Session – Hit the mark with this one. Likely to silence the critics. Picked up a new member of NASA too. Honey Oat Cream Session IPA just in time to stuff your stockings.
Kevin The Doubter – Not that alcoholic and quite hoppy. Another learning experience. Named for Kevin, who doubts everything we do.
Sound Stage – In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the moon landing.
SSJR I – Brewed in honor of SS and JR’s 30th birthday. We took a different approach here. Out with the malt extract, up with the dry malt and oat – but not enough. It’s super sessionable – like three people could crush the batch and have a great time. Hop profile hitting stride here. Definitely a valuable learning experience.
Cats in Space – “Has a bitterness that will not leave the palette.” ~ A harsh critic
First real successful mission that gives hope for the future of the Agency.
Rocket Science – it’s a miracle this beer made it.
Columbia IPA – The first attempt. Used centennial, citra, and maybe mosaic with some boring malt.
